What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. We also receive limited technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) through our hosting provider to keep the website secure and functioning.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange atelier visits, handle service requests and connect you with authorised dealers. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, or the steps needed to enter into an agreement with you.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our content database (Supabase, hosted in the EU, Ireland) and delivered to us by email (Resend); the website itself is hosted by Vercel. Each provider processes the data under its own data processing terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to answer your inquiry or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any of these rights, contact info@klaauw.com.
