CVDKHypernova Givrée Gold
The CVDK Hypernova Givrée Gold combines a full chronograph, calendar indications and a Super-LumiNova moon phase within a richly textured gold-toned dial. White rhodium-plated indexes provide contrast across the Givrée surface, while a 44 mm stainless steel case and cognac ostrich foot leather strap complete this warmer interpretation of the Hypernova.
A warmer expressionof the Hypernova
The Givrée dial gives this Hypernova a character of its own. Its textured gold surface reflects the light irregularly across the dial, creating visual depth around the numerous chronograph, calendar and astronomical indications.
Against this warmer backdrop, the white rhodium-plated indexes and luminous elements remain clearly defined. The cognac ostrich foot leather strap continues the tonal character beyond the dial without distracting from the mechanical complexity at its centre.
Specifications
The Hypernova combines hours and minutes with small seconds, day/night indication, day, date and month. A full chronograph adds elapsed seconds, a 30-minute counter and a 12-hour counter, while the moon phase at 6 o’clock introduces the astronomical element at the heart of the display.

The CVDK Hypernova Givrée Gold is powered by the automatic CVDK7759. The movement uses 25 jewels and provides a power reserve of up to 48 hours while driving the chronograph, calendar, moon phase and time indications.

Chronograph & Moon Phase
The Hypernova combines its astronomical moon phase with a fully integrated chronograph. Elapsed time is recorded through the central seconds counter, 30-minute counter and 12-hour counter, accompanied by day, date, month and day/night indications.
At 6 o’clock, the moon phase follows the progression of the lunar cycle. The Moon appears to the left of centre during its first quarter, moves to the centre at full Moon and passes to the right during its last quarter. When it disappears from view, the display indicates new Moon.
The Hypernova after dark
Super-LumiNova adds a second layer to the Hypernova once daylight fades. Selected markers and hands remain visible in darkness, while the luminous moon phase at 6 o’clock becomes one of the clearest elements of the display.
Against the warm gold Givrée dial, the transition is particularly pronounced: the textured daytime surface recedes while the key luminous indications emerge.
