A three-dimensional Moon follows the true lunar cycle with a deviation of only one day in 11,000 years, set against a deep green meteorite dial and framed by a 40 mm white gold case.

The green meteorite dial introduces a naturally formed pattern beneath the astronomical display. Its intersecting structures shift subtly with the light, making the surface of each dial visually individual.
Against the cool tone of white gold, the meteorite remains the defining material. At its centre, the rotating three-dimensional Moon adds movement to the composition, translating the lunar cycle into a mechanical indication that changes continuously over time.

The lunar cycle lasts approximately 29.530588853 days. In the Real Moon Joure, this astronomical period is reproduced through the rotation of a hand-made three-dimensional Moon rather than a conventional flat moon-phase display.
The mechanism is calculated with such precision that its indication deviates by only one day in 11,000 years, making it the most accurate mechanical 3D moon phase in the world. In 2014, the Real Moon Joure was unanimously awarded European Watch of the Year by an international jury in London.
